Meet Kayla
Founder. Army Veteran. Behaviorist. Operator.
Kayla started her first business while on active duty. She built her second while leaving the Army, raising two kids, and working as a Business Optimization Program Manager for the National Guard Bureau.
She didn't leave the military to find a safer version of the same box. She left to build — and to help other founders do the same.
Her background spans counterintelligence, physiology, behavioral science, and business operations across GovCon, HealthTech, wellness, and the creator economy. She's currently building Sonoran Canine Co. and pursuing graduate studies in anthrozoology — because understanding behavior, in any species, is the work.
She's obsessed with why capable people get stuck. And how to help them grow better businesses and design their dream lives.
