Sonoran’s Roots: Founder, Kayla Pearson
Hi, I’m Kayla. I’m a former Army Blackhawk crew chief-turned-counterintelligence agent, entrepreneur, mom and IT Program Manager. I’ve built businesses, led complex projects and studied everything from exercise science to behavioral psychology. I’ve been the go-to person for colleagues, family and peers on behavioral change, and I build Sonoran Growth Co. to help more people discover the feeling of growth without burning out.
